• Mr Jean-Luc Chassel is a researcher at the Université Paris Ouest, Nanterre.
• Mr John Cherry (treasurer) is curator emeritus [a former curator] at the British Museum in London.
• Professor Julian Gardner is professor emeritus in the Centre for the Study of the Renaissance, University of Warwick
• Professor Zsolt Hunyadi is associate professor at the Institute of History, University of Szeged (Hungary).
• Dr Marc Libert is Chef de Section at the State Archives of Belgium, Brussels.
• Dr Elizabeth New (chair) is senior lecturer in medieval history at Aberystwyth University.
• Mrs Marie-Adélaïde Nielen (newsletter editor) is a senior archivist at the Archives nationales de France in Paris.
• Dr Gustav Pfeifer is vice-director of the Südtiroler Landesarchiv/Archivio provinciale in Bozen/Bolzano.
• Agnès Prevost is chief-restaurator at the Service des sceaux of the Archives nationales de France in Paris.
• Dr John Rassweiler (secretary) is a collector of medieval matrices and seals.
• Dr James Robinson is Keeper of Metalwork and Sculpture, Victoria & Albert Museum, London.
• Dr Markus Späth is a Dilthey-Fellow of the Volkswagen Foundation at the University of Gießen.
